Mad Dogs and Englishmen

Well folks, autumn is now well and truly upon us here in Italy. In a way I'm glad - this summer was a 'scorcher'. The temperature rarely fell below 30°C (90°F). For a dog with a classy 'fur coat' like myself, the heat was a real challenge. However, that never stopped me and Dad from getting out for our daily noon walks.

This gave Missus the idea to come up with the 'cheeky' montage in the video below (with a little help from Noel Coward)...


I've got a bone to pick with Missus! I know that Dad is an 'Englishman', but who the heck is she calling a "mad" dog?!?

    I've never heard this song, and it's perfect for the video--Except of course for the 'mad-dog' part!! I really enjoyed it--so much that we watched it twice! I hopeyou're having a great weekend!! :-)

    Oh Homer - I loved that video!! What a perfect song and pictures & movies to go with it! Hee! Hee! I loved the bit where you were walking up on a wall next to your human...and the shots of you two in your sunglasses - ha! ha!

    My human is an "Englishman" too but he never tries to take me out for a walk in the midday sun - I just haven't got your stamina! :-)
