Sunny Sunday

I’m really enjoying my springtime in Holland. The temperature is so comfortable and the days are growing longer. Just this Sunday, I took a stroll through the park and I was so pleased to see that many of my Dutch canine pals were also revelling in the joys of spring.

Look at this guy. He looks like my mate Chewbacca but I think this is actually a different Wookie.

This little fella’s called Quintus. Apparently, he’s named after a famous Roman. I, of course, prefer dogs who are named after famous Greeks.

Quintus was pretty quick on his feet for such a small guy...

...however, I soon got the better of this Roman gladiator.

This cheeky chap ran out of his house just to come over and say hello. He lives on the same street as me, so I’m hoping to see more of him.

I was trying to coax this little fella to come over and play with me, but he was a bit shy. Maybe next time...

I was really jealous of this guy. He gets to bring his own toys with him.

We stopped for a quick chat.

Next, we bumped into this old guy. He’s thirteen years old!

I asked him if he wanted to play zoomies but he told me that his days of zooming were over...

...so, I got back home and went zooming alone! Arooo rooo ooo!

Just time for a quick chew before calling it a day.

And then I Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........................

Homer,

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Let me know when you are in Boston and we'll have a play date with some of my pals in the neighborhood.

Best regards,

A full day of folly and friendship. What more could a guy ask for? If we were there, Jack would do zoomies with step for step and never miss a beat. Jubal and J.E.B.'s zoomie days are over. You're obviouly in great physical condition (the other) Homer; out Homer is envious.
